I’m excited about this – but I’ll let the homie Gavin (JusLikeMusic) explain…

Following on from the fantastic response to our free Oscillations Part 1 & 2 compilations, we are proud to annouce that in conjuction with Bridiging The Gap and Man Make Music we are hosting the Oscillations launch party on Saturday 15th May in London. It will be at The City Arts & Music Project near Old Street. The party starts at 9pm and finishes at 4am – oh, and did I mention that entry is absolutely FREE?!

DJing on the night will be Slugabed, Om Unit, Kidkanevil and Mr Beatnick, as well as Bridging The Gap and Man Make Music residents; Count Chocula, Toot Sweet, The Fat C, Another Amit and Sketchy.

Also, those lucky people in attendance will get the opportunity to grab a limited edition (hand-numbered) Oscillations mix CD mixed by Mr Beatnick. There are only 500 of these in existence, so it will most definitely be on a first-come/first-served basis, although there ‘may’ be an opportunity to put a handful aside to offer to blogs to use as give-aways, so give me a shout if you’re interested. There will also be an even MORE limited edition set of A2 size collectable posters of the launch party flyer artwork created by the talented Ross Gunter. Whether you end up leaving with good music in your head, a CD in your bag, a poster in your hand, or all of the above, it promises to be an amazing night!

Great music? Free entry? London? Ticks my boxes – I’m there! If you’re in town, you really need to be checking this. Their Oscillations compilations are ridiculous (cop both, for free below) – I’ve been rinsing them both hard – so you know this party is gonna be live. Make sure you’re there!
