Rhea Kicked Out Of N*E*R*D [NEWS] by Windowpane

Damn, that was quick.

According to various online sources, N*E*R*D’s latest recruit, female singer Rhea (pictured), has been given the boot. No word officially if it’s true or why, but whispers indicate it had something to do with her new relations with a certain R&B singer and of course ‘creative differences’. Bossip.com also goes in saying that the singer, who claims to be 26, is actually 36 and that “she previously sang backup for Keith Sweat, who she also had a sexual relationship with. She was previously signed to DJ Clue, who she also dated. She’s also had relationships with Trey Songz and D-Dot who reportedly “hates her now,” as well as Q-Tip who is responsible for introducing her to Pharrell in the first place”

Now, PinBoard isn’t really about gossip, but I felt like we had to post this up as we’ve been featuring Rhea since N*E*R*D made the announcement that she’d be joining them on the new album. We posted a video of her singing “His Eye is on the Sparrow” just the other day – in which she never mentioned anything (which leads us to assume she was kicked out rather recently).

It’s a shame, I know a lot of people weren’t too impressed with her joining the group, but I was actually looking forward to seeing what she’d bring – if this is all true (which I must say, at this point, we do not is), I guess we’ll never know.

What are YOUR thoughts on all this?

Peace, Love & Rhea/N*E*R*D

Well, I really didn’t want them to go down the Black Eyed Peas route.

I don’t think they would have gone down that route though. I think Pharrell and Chad are cleverer than that. I think it could have been pretty interesting. Maybe now they can bury the hatchet and get Kelis to replace her? Lol!

My thought is LOL.
